Berry Hill Lake features a 2-acre lake and a state-of-the-art 20' ModPool. The pool overlooks the lake and is a pool/hot tub combination with a unique, see-through-window from the deep end. The pool is complimented by a large deck and pergola for shade and features a custom stone patio for sunbathing.

Berry Hill Lake is surrounded by 250 acres of beautiful wooded mountain land. Two kayaks and two paddle boats are available for use, in addition to an assortment of life jackets.

Fishing rods are available for use. We stock the lake every year, so there are plenty of bass and trout to catch. Stand on the shore or take a kayak adventure.

On Day 2, when you stroll down the short, winding path to the edge of the lake, crawl into the hammock and close your eyes; you realize, “yea, now I’m relaxed.”
Wine down with a book
The side porch is a great place to put up your feet and start that book you’ve been meaning to read. Glance up at the lake… read… sip… and repeat.

Berry Hill Lake is conveniently located between Route 151 and Route 29, with easy access to Devils Backbone Brewing Company, Bold Rock Cidery, Blue Mountain Brewery and an array of wineries like Veritas Vineyard, Cardinal Point Winery, Valley Road Vineyards and Pippin Hill Winery.

Fishing
BYOB - Bring Your Own Bait! Fishing rods are available for use. We stock the lake every year, so there are plenty of bass and trout to catch. Stand on the shore or take a kayak adventure.
Hiking
Put the cell phone away and take a hike in the woods! Berry Hill features miles of groomed trails throughout the 250-acre property. Trails range from easy to difficult. A map will be waiting for you in your Welcome Packet.
Kayaking
For the adventurous guests, there are two kayaks, one adult-size and one junior-size, stored in the lake pavilion just down from the pool. Help yourself and have fun! Lifejackets are also available.
Mountain Biking
Not only are the trails at Berry Hill great for hiking, but they’re also great for mountain biking. Most trails are former logging roads, so they are wide and relatively smooth. So bring your bikes and explore!
Paddle Boating
As another option to get out on the water, practice
your teamwork with the two-person paddle boats stored in the lake pavilion. Lifejackets are
also available.
Hammocking
Is that even a word? Probably not, but relaxing in the hammock may be the only experience you need to recharge! In the warmer months, the hammock hangs at the edge of the lake where the cool breeze passes by.
